Podcast Publishing

There are a number of ways to distribute your podcast to your target audience.

A key point to note is that users do not need to have an Apple iPod to listen to a podcast. They can listen directly from their computer using the software that came with it, or they can stream the audio directly from the web using Podlab's embedded Flash player.

You can see an example of our Flash player on our showreel page.

Podcast Promotion

Once you have your finished podcast you'll want to let people know about it! Podlab can assist you with all aspects of promoting your podcasts to your chosen audience through a variety of means, including search engine marketing and email marketing.

Podlab’s Website Design and Build

One simple way of providing access to your podcasts is to commission Podlab's dedicated web designers and programmers to build and host a podcast microsite.

This means that Podlab creates a new website that is 'skinned' to replicate the branding and functionality of your existing website, but with Podlab hosting the necessary software, feeds and audio files. This means that our clients not only save money through not having to host large files and keep up to date RSS feeds etc, but also can rest assured that their sites are benefiting from Podlab's fully load-balanced audio hosting solutions.

Online Flash MP3 Players

If you wish to design and host the site yourself, we can provide you with a fully branded and customised online Flash MP3 player, and just host the audio files as needed. We can then simply assist you with seeding or marketing, if required.

Hardware Options

Alternative ways to provide your podcasts include distribution on branded CDs, tapes, or even on low-cost MP3 players. After all, a podcast doesn't require an iPod!

We can provide all these hardware options for your at extremely competitive prices.
