There are a number of ways to distribute your podcast to your target audience.

A key point to note is that users do not need to have an Apple iPod to listen to a podcast. They can listen directly from their computer using the software that came with it, or they can stream the audio directly from the web using Podlab's embedded Flash player.

One of the most common ways of publishing a podcast is via Apple’s ever-popular iTunes platform.
